Are you pet friendly?
Yes, we are pet-friendly! A $300 pet deposit is required along with verification from your veterinarian. There are size, breed and quantity restrictions. For further pet policy questions, and/or for assistance animal policies, please contact us and we'd be happy to answer your specific questions.
Do you require a security deposit?
Yes, we require a $250 security deposit. This deposit is held by Legacy Manor for the period that you occupy the unit. After you have moved from the unit, we determine if you are eligible for a refund based on an inspection.

What size apartments do you have?
All of our apartments have 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom.

Is your building locked?
Yes, our entrances are locked at all times. Entry requires a key or key code for residents. For guests or visitors, there is an intercom system to connect with the resident they're visiting, who allows access to the building.
