Are you pet friendly?
Yes, we are pet-friendly! A $300 pet deposit is required along with verification from your veterinarian. There are size, breed and quantity restrictions. For further pet policy questions, and/or for assistance animal policies, please contact us and we'd be happy to answer your specific questions.
Do you have a security deposit?
Yes, we require a $350 Securty deposit. It is held by Legacy Manor for the period that you occupy the unity. .After you have moved we determine if you are eligible for a refund based on an inspection.

Is the rent based on income?
No but income restrictions apply. Yes, there are specific income restriction based on household size. To learn further information about if you qualify, please stop in or give us a call today!
What size apartments do you have?
Depending on the property, there are 1 and 2 Bedroom units or just 2 Bedroom units.

Is your building locked?
Yes, our entrances are locked at all times. Entry requires a key or key code for residents. For guests or visitors, there is an intercom system to connect with the resident they're visiting, who allows access to the building.
What is my next step?
