Anchor Group Management, Inc. is the Property Manager for Legacy Manor. The developer of the four Legacy Manor buildings is Anchor Housing Development, Inc.  These buildings are located in Waterloo, Mason City I, and and Mason city II and Cedar Rapids.

Additionally, Anchor Group Managements is Property Manager for 140 apartments in Iowa and Illinois. Each of the Legacy Manor buildings have an on-site manager and a full time maintenance team.

The Property Manager not only maintains the building and operation of the property, but is dedicated to making each tenant feel at home. Our property manager is experienced and knowledgable.

We believe spending time and being accessible creates a friendly environment.  Birthday's are celebrated for tenants each month, as well as periodic socials throughout the year.
